Refund or exchange:
If for some reason you want to return the ordered items, you can do so, for a full refund (except the shipping cost) if these conditions are met:
- You must notify me via email within 3 days of receiving the items and to return them within the next 5 days.
- The items must be in the original package; The items must not be worn or damaged.
- I only accept products that are returned via mail with a tracking number.
- If you want, I can also accept exchanges with others items available in my shop that have approximately the same value (but not exceeding the value of the items).

It usually takes up to:
3-5 working days for the UK
10 working days for anywhere else in the European Union
14/20 working days for everywhere else

If the package doesn't arrive in this amount of time please let me know. It is harder to find it after 6 months than after 15 days.


Please check with your post office if you notice a delay in the arrival date.
I hope it will never happen, but in case it does, I can't accept refunding because of this. In this case, if the package comes back to me, I can send it back to you after paying a new shipping cost.


I do not take responsibility for the lost packages due to the postal services or the damages that may occur due to careless manipulation of the postal services.
